Common Topics
Data Extraction Issues
If a document isn't extracting correctly, you can use the "Reprocess" button in your dashboard. If the issue persists, please email us the document ID (found in the URL) and we will investigate.
Xero Synchronization
Ensure your Xero connection is active in the Settings page. If you receive synchronization errors, they are often due to locked periods or archived accounts in Xero.
Feature Requests
We are actively developing MaterialAP. If there is a feature that would make your life easier, please let us know. Many of our best updates come directly from user feedback.
