What happens after the pilot?
We haven't set the post-pilot price yet. We will set it before we ask any pilot firm to pay, and we'll give pilot firms first say on whether the number works.
What we can tell you now: pricing will be per firm, flat. Not per client. Not per seat. Not per document. The whole point of Accruate is that one accountant can manage many clients without the tool getting in the way. The pricing won't either.

Is there really no credit card during the pilot?
No card, no trial timer, no auto-conversion. When pilot ends, we'll talk to you about what comes next.
What counts as a "client" or "workspace"?
One workspace per Xero organisation you manage. If your firm handles 30 clients in Xero, that's 30 workspaces, all under one Accruate login, no extra cost during pilot.
Will line item, page, or invoice volume affect the price?
The Free plan includes 25 pages per month. Our paid plans (Pilot and Pro) include unlimited document processing. Per-document pricing is the thing accountants hate most about legacy tools, and we're not going to recreate it on our paid plans.
Can I lock in pilot pricing for after GA?
We're open to pilot firms getting a meaningful discount on the first year. Talk to us, we'd rather agree something in writing than promise vague "loyalty pricing".
